TASKS INCLUDE

Implement strategic communications plan; Coordinate unified communications across three colleges; Collaborate with communications staff to design and maintain website; Plan event logistics; Lead outreach to faculty and students; Support graduate level course development and coordination; Develop promotional materials including but not limited to:

Contribute to agenda development for leadership meetings; Maintain archive of communications, materials, logistical documents, contacts, agendas, etc.; Identify, curate, and share information about funding calls relevant to [Unit's] research; Support activities of the [Unit's] Intellectual Leaders group; Work closely with the [Unit's] Director to coordinate and plan activities; Manage listserv.

Minimum Requirements A bachelor's degree. Independent worker; Self-motivated; Detail oriented; Adaptable; Excellent organization skills; Reliable; Effective and efficient problem solver; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects; Ability to communicate well with diverse audiences --especially [campus] faculty, graduate students, and administrative leadership.

Desired Qualifications: A master's degree. Adobe InDesign; Highly proficient with: Microsoft office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; Excellent written and verbal communication; Familiarity with research and funding processes and institutions.
