Asia for Educators Web site has been revised for launch at http://afe.easia.columbia.edu.
...the revised AFE site links to many new on-line resources developed by other academic institutions and museums.

 In addition, it contains a new section of primary resource selections, with brief introductions and questions for discussion, which were drafted by several of our NCTA seminar directors and guest lecturers. We hope the Primary Sources will be of particular value to NCTA participants. Introducing teachers to primary source writings from East Asia was one of the original, stated goals of the NCTA effort, but adapting the sources for students posed a challenge. These new, on-line readings are an attempt to address this challenge.
